For 2 years I asked every friend I knew (w/ decorating pizazz) to help me figure out a wall color for my kitchen/family room. Within 5 minutes (and I am not exaggerating) Alycia picked out a color scheme that we love. It works beautifully with our granite counter tops, our travertine floor, and our marble fireplace. She helped me with a furniture layout to accommodate my seating requirements, and put it together in several views with a specification sheet providing all of the décor that was tailored to my style.

We just purchased a home and we wanted to hire an interior designer to help us decorate it beautifully. We know what we like but we get so overwhelm with all of the options out there and don’t really have too much time to spend on searching for the right furniture. We found Alycia on the ASID (American Society of Interior Designer) website. It was important to us that she is a certified designer. After speaking with a few designers, we decided to go with Alycia. We like that her final product would offer us the level of details we need to implement the design layout she recommends at our own pace. We also like the fact that her service cost was reasonable and not prohibitively expensive compared to other designers. We asked her to design our living room, family room, dining room, master bedroom and office. Throughout the whole project, Alycia was very professional, yet personable. She worked with us extensively, patiently, and truly offered valuable suggestions. Her recommendations are based on our design preference and budget. I was looking for an interior designer and found Alycia on the web. I liked her past projects on the web and decided to go with her. She was very professional and spent a lot of time with us on the first day. She was good at explaining everything and her input was very helpful. My husband and I bought a home last January and after 6 months of wandering fruitlessly around furniture stores, we were no closer to figuring out a style we could agree on. I found Alycia on a website that listed licensed interior designers in my area. I liked the fact that she seemed more down to earth and approachable than the others on the site. I contacted her and filled out her profile about what we were looking for in our master bedroom. The room I most wanted some furniture for! I showed her what I liked and what I thought my husband liked and she came up with a contemporary design. I loved it, my husband didn’t. Then my husband found a link on Alycia’s website to another website and decided he loved the style, something called Steampunk. So she did another design for us in the Steampunk style. My husband loved it, I didn’t! So we thought about it for a couple months and had her do a third design for a Romantic style bedroom. We both love it! So I can certainly say she is versatile. She can design in several very different styles. There were several unique design elements in each design that I thought were very creative. Could we have come up with a design that good on our own? Not likely. We are very grateful to Alycia for saving us from several hundred more fruitless hours of wandering furniture stores trying to agree on a style.
What I also appreciate about her work is she gives you the exact name and location and price of each piece in her design and seems to hunt out thinks on sale so I could just call up the store and order the piece over the phone which saved a lot of time.
